Tees! Notebooks! Cards!

Long-awaited - and finally for sale online!

My first T-shirt!
And notebook!
And greeting cards!
Are you as excited as I am?
I created these in collaboration with Hong Kong's MobArt Gallery for the Lost Things exhibition.

And my great friends over at E.V.E.N.T. are selling them here:
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars, but if you're not in Hong Kong, feel free to contact the lovely folks at E.V.E.N.T. if you need help ordering/converting/etc.

Love, Etc.

Big congrats and a job well done to the fantastic (and amazing! and talented!) 20 students from around Hong Kong who worked with me to create artworks for The Body Shop's Love, Etc. Youth Design Exhibition, which took place at Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong - and closed this past Monday, October 25.

Here's a peek in case you missed it!

A rather embarrassing pic of me - BUT Karen & Kit rocked the mic and did an awesome job talking about their pieces.

Don't Wanna Grow Up...

A new mural we completed for the Secondary School. Okay, well maybe new isn't the operative word. We started this in 2008! It's been completed in bits and pieces of time stolen here and there...and 10 months later I'm the last in the group to finish... Time escapes, and this got put on the back burner - but here it is.

For me, this mural was all about high school...growing up, fitting in, finding your way ...

Though my partners in crime had some wicked ideas of their own:

Haruka Ashida Ostley's beautiful portraits of students!

Jamming to your favorite tunes, makin' art, hanging with your friends ... isn't that what high school is really all about?

Chalk It Up

A chalkboard tree I designed and painted for our school in Shenzhen, China. So cute! I bet they wish they were taller.
Also a nice tip, if you're the crafty type: You can make your own chalkboard paint by mixing a combination of unsanded tile grout and house paint together, then sanding the wall afterwards. I got a recipe here:
